![]() ![]() I like to play, I like to work as a team, I like to win, and i like realistic vessels as they are available, premium or not. it's not an addiction, just like most paying premium customers are I would venture. But I do this for fun and because I can afford to. and buy this and that on the website regularly. I am a paying customer, with a premium account, I do ok in battles, win about 4.5 out of 10 in random, I have several premium ships. Focusing on a phenom may be a short lived income burst. Keeping this site up isn't free, and I hold no negatives to any management team that wants to make that happen. But, phenoms are a crux for all sites like these, and keeping money coming in is priority one no matter what is said otherwise. The question is how much money the phenom viewers are willing to put into buying the ships. Now that would be a large market to tap into. Maybe WG should be negotiating with WB for those rights. I've often thought that Looney Tune characters would make good ship commanders. In any case my post was intended to be a light hearted attempt at humor with a side dish of getting people to think about other fictional options. Just as there is a large untapped market out there that would be interested in the game that either have no clue that such anime sites exist or absolutely detest them knowing that they exist. There may very well be a large untapped market they think they are tapping into although I have doubts about how large it is. Although I am of a older generation I like to think that I keep up with the most current affairs in pop culture and though I did know about the anime phenom I knew nothing about the ARP or this group until I joined this old history nerd playground known as WoWS. Not quite sure how successful it would have to be. Make a successful anime about a 'golden years fleet' and negotiate a deal with WG. ![]()
